2. Amendments to Terms of Use
The provider of this Product reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time

these Terms of Use will take effect as of the date on which the provider publishes the

4.3. The Product may includes artificial intelligence (“AI”) elements that are available through
third-party service providers (“AI Service Providers”). You are responsible for any text,
images, or other content you upload or submit to the Product (“Input”) as well as the text,
images, or other content generated by the Product based on your Input (“Output”). You will
ensure that your use of the Product, including without limitation, the Input and Output,
complies with these Terms of Use and applicable law. You acknowledge that your Input
and Output will be shared with provider and processed by provider’s AI Service Providers
to enable your use of the Product, for content moderation, and other business purposes
consistent with these Terms of Use.
5. Legal Disclaimers
5.1. The Product and the website are made available to you on an "AS IS" and “AS AVAILABLE”
basis. Provider disclaims and does not accept any liability of any kind to you with respect
to the Product or the website, or your use of either, subject to liability that cannot be
excluded by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Product is suitable for your
intended purposes.
5.2. Provider accepts no liability as to the suitability or fitness of the Product in meeting your
needs and provider excludes to the fullest extent permissible by law all express or implied
warranties, representations, conditions, or terms. Provider gives no warranty:
a. that access to the Product or the website will be uninterrupted or error-free;
b. that the website and/or the computer server from which the website is made available,
are free of viruses or other harmful components; or
c. as to the accuracy, content, timeliness, completeness, reliability, quality, or suitability

dependent upon the proper and effective functioning of the internet and other third-party
equipment and services, and that provider does not guarantee and will not be liable for

indirect, or consequential losses or damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenues,
business, or goodwill.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

to content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the provider
or its licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All such

7. User Contributions
If you choose to submit any feedback, comments, or other content ("User Contributions") in
your use of the Product or the website, you grant the provider and its licensors a non-exclusive,
worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable
license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Contributions.
8. Termination
The provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Product and/or the
website, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, your breach of
these Terms of Use.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of
Use or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are subject to laws
of Hong Kong and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.
10. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between you and provider from your use of the Product or the website, you
agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation facilitated by JAMS (Judicial
Arbitration and Mediation Services). If mediation is unsuccessful in resolving the dispute within
a reasonable time frame, you further agree to submit to binding arbitration through the
Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules and procedures.
Any arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties and enforceable in any court of
competent jurisdiction.
